PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel oil-in-water type emulsified composition for skin which can give moderate coldness effect to skin, exhibits good usability and sense of use even when cooled under freezing temperature conditions, and has high stability against temperature change between freezing temperature and room temperature.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsified composition cooled to ≤-5°C in use includes: an emulsifier an oil agent a tackifier and a polyhydric alcohol as essential ingredients. The tackifier is a vinyl tackifier or a cellulose tackifier.
