An aspect of the present invention provides a limb pressure device comprising: a main body including a support surrounding a portion of a limb on one side thereof, and including a fixing shaft of a cuff surrounding the rest of the limb on the other side thereof； a driving motor joined to the main body to be parallel with the fixing shaft of the cuff, and configured to be driven by receiving a control signal of a control unit having received a signal from a biological signal sensing device or a user input device； a reduction gear unit joined to a driving shaft of the driving motor to decelerate torque of the driving motor； a cuff fixing drum disposed in parallel with the driving motor to fix the cuff, having one end joined to the reduction gear unit, and having the other gear rotatably joined to the main body, and configured to receive torque decelerated by the driving motor to fasten or unfasten the cuff； and a cuff having one end joined to the cuff fixing drum and having the other end wound around and fixed to the fixing shaft while passing through the support of the main body so as to surround the rest of the limb. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the limb pressure device may customize a pressure strength when used on a subject； can achieve a pressure strength needed for a treatment, and thus, can be used for the purposes of treating or preventing diseases associated with blood circulation.
