The finding concerns an apparatus for carrying out treatments on the human body for health and beauty purposes. Such an apparatus comprises means for producing hot and cold fluids, as well as epidermal contact means that carry out tapping on the body through pulsating elements, as well as means for moving the same pulsating elements and finally electronic control means. Such an apparatus is characterised in that said means for producing hot and cold fluids comprise two distinct devices, of which a first device allows hot fluid to be produced and is associated with a first massaging head (3A), whereas a second device brings about the production of cold fluid and is associated with a second massaging head (3B).
