A posture corrector relates to back braces and is formed of a single tape made of an elastic fabric having an elasticity of 70-100% and a density of 420-510 threads per square metre. The tape has a first portion that is a first free end of the tape； a second portion that is a first loop formed by two successive bends of the tape； a third portion that is a second loop formed by two successive bends of the tape； a fourth portion that is the intersection of the beginning of the first loop and the end of the second loop； a fifth portion that is a second free end of the tape. The fourth portion is fixed. The first and second loops form straps for the arms. The free ends of the tape are adapted for connection to one another in front of the user, forming a belt.
