PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus that performs accurate dual energy reconstruction based on projection data.SOLUTION: Post-stage data generation means 811 performs imaging using a first energy X-ray and a second energy-rays respectively and individually during non-helical scan to generate first projection data and second projection data. Image reconstruction means 812 generates a first image and a second image on the basis of the first projection data and the second projection data. Registration means registers the second image and the first image with each other. Prestage data generation means 813 generates third projection data on the basis of a processing result of the registration process. Conversion means 814 performs conversion processing for converting the second projection data and the third projection data into a plurality of projection data corresponding to a plurality of reference substances.
