PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical surface-nanoscale processed titanium promoting the proliferation and the differentiation of osteoblastic cells, which performs osteoanagenesis by being packed into a joining part between an artificial bone and a bone, reinforcing material for a fractured bone part, various types and shapes of dental implant materials, a mesh-type reinforcing material and a screw and further into an osseous defect site of a jawbone.
SOLUTION: The titanium surface is formed with multiple hemispherical protrusions of micron size having grooves on their circumferences, and the circumferential grooves and the whole surface bodies of the hemispherical protrusions are formed with surface structures consisting of multiple nano-size micro spherical projections and micro recesses, or the titanium surface is formed with multiple stripe structure objects of nano size, thereby producing the medical surface-nanoscale processed titanium promoting the proliferation and the differentiation of the osteoblastic cells.
