PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate a sufficient amount electron rays even to the internal side face of a mouth 2a of a resin-made bottle 2.
SOLUTION: A bottle supporting means 18 is fixed to the lower end of a rotating shaft 44 rotatably supported at a rotary member 32. The bottle supporting means 18 grips an opening 2a of a bottle 2 by a pair of grip members 52A, 52B. Electron rays are irradiated from the left side surface of the bottle 2 rotationally transported in a state that it is supported and hung down by the bottle supporting means 18. Magnets 88A of S-poles are disposed in front of a transporting direction of the bottle supporting means 18 and magnets 88B of N-poles are disposed at the rear side of the transporting direction. These magnets 88A, 88B are positioned at both upper sides of the opening 2a of the bottle 2. Electron rays irradiated from an electron ray irradiation device 16 are deflected downward by magnetic fields formed of a pair of the magnets 88A, 88B and irradiated to the inner surface of the opening 2a of the bottle 2.
