This invention provides a use of stem cell secretion for preparing medicament for treating liver damage. The stem cells are adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) and the stem cell secretion is generated by performing proliferation and subculture through ADSCs. The stem cell secretion of this invention has functions of reducing hepatocyte apoptosis and enhancing hepatocyte proliferation.本發明提供一種幹細胞分泌物用於製備治療肝損傷之藥物的用途,其中該幹細胞係為脂肪幹細胞(Adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs),且該幹細胞分泌物係經由脂肪幹細胞進行增殖和繼代培養而產生。本發明之幹細胞分泌物具有減少肝細胞凋亡及提升肝細胞增殖之作用。
