The invention relates to a dual layer biopolymer-based nano/micro carrier system comprising a core layer which can protect at a maximum level the stable structure of the natural compound formed of an eggshell membrane protein prepared under certain conditions and a shell layer formed of silk protein, that allows the stable and controlled release of a natural compound in the core portion and a method of production by changing and optimizing some physical features of the compound of this system.L'invention concerne un système de nano/micro-vecteur à base de biopolymère à double couche, comprenant une couche coeur capable de protéger à un niveau maximal la structure stable d'un composé naturel constitué d'une protéine de membrane de coquille d'oeuf, préparée dans certaines conditions, et une couche écorce, constituée d'une protéine de soie qui permet une libération stable et contrôlée d'un composé naturel se situant dans la partie coeur ； et un procédé de production consistant à modifier et à optimiser certaines caractéristiques physiques du composé de ce système.
