The present disclosure is related to a method for obtaining ecological micro and nano-structured metal products and that may have uses or applications in industry, since currently it is intended for eliminating or minimizing the use of conventional chemical reducing agents having deleterious effects on the environment (water, soil, air). By this method, products made from metal micro and nano-structures are obtained with high homogeneity and performance based on plant extracts, choosing the heart of the blue agave as a main source of said reducing agent since this source is rich in fructose unlike other plant extracts； as their tubers or roots are a source of high amounts of these fructans compared to the external parts of plants.La presente invención se refiere a un método de obtención de productos metálicos micro y nanoestructurados, ecológicos y que tengan aplicaciones o usos en la industria, ya que actualmente se busca eliminar o minimizar el uso de agentes reductores químicos tradicionales que presentan efectos nocivos al medio ambiente (agua, suelos, aire)； mediante este método se obtienen productos de nano y microestructuras metálicas con alta homogeneidad y rendimiento a base de extractos de plantas, eligiendo la piña de agave azul como fuente principal de dicho agente reductor, ya que esta fuente es rica en fructosa a diferencia d otros extractos de plantas, ya que sus tubérculos o raíces son fuente de altas cantidades de estos fructosanos en comparación con las partes externas de las plantas.
