PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus capable of relieving burdens on an operator without requiring the operator to directly control the display sizes or positions by the operator in displaying a fluoroscopic image and an endoscopic image on one screen or the recording in recording the images.

SOLUTION: The display sizes and display positions of the fluoroscopic image and endoscopic image to be displayed on the same screen are changed based on the operational situation of an X-ray image processing part in capturing the fluoroscopic image and the operational situation of an endoscope part in capturing the endoscopic image. The fluoroscopic image and the endoscopic image are recorded in an external storage device based on the operational situation of an X-ray diagnostic part and the endoscope in capturing the images.
