SOLUTION: A real endoscope image processor 13b displays a real endoscope image within the large intestine taken from the direction in which the real endoscope 11 advances through the large intestine on a display 13a. An eye direction change guide operation part 11d receives from an operator an instruction in the operation to specify an arbitrary viewpoint position on the real endoscope image displayed by the real endoscope image processor 13b. An imaginary endoscope image processor 13f generates an imaginary endoscope image of the large intestine interior based on the CT image data obtained from an X-ray CT device, taken from the specified viewpoint received by the eye direction change guide operation part 11d, and displays the generated imaginary endoscope image on the display 13a.
