Provided is a microneedle patch applicator with which a microneedle patch can be easily fitted, and with which there is no risk of skin infection even if administered consecutively to multiple users. This microneedle patch applying device is provided with: a movable cylinder one end of which has an opening portion provided with a catch or a screw for fitting a microneedle patch case; a case body linked to the other end of the movable cylinder; a piston disposed movably in the direction of the opening portion of the movable cylinder, inside the case body; a slide which causes the piston to slide in the opposite direction to the direction of the opening portion; a slide lock which locks the sliding of the slide in said opposite direction; a spring which applies an impact to the piston by means of the sliding in said opposite direction and the locking thereof; a safety shaft which prevents release of the slide lock; and a trigger which is interlocked with the safety shaft. The distal end microneedle patch case is pressed against the skin, but is replaced for each application.
