PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide universal antibiotics which are effective to all bacteria and to which the bacteria cannot be resistant.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a universal antibiotic consisting of two molecules of sodium hydroxide, one molecule of hydrogen chloride, and one molecule of hydronium. A diabetic medicine containing the universal antibiotic as an active ingredient is also disclosed. A production method of hydronium (H3O) comprising processing a mixture of hydrogen gas (H2) and water (H2O) with ultra low temperature and with supervoltage is disclosed.
