A nasal breathing control apparatus 10 (Figure 3) having one or more axially extending cylinders 12 having a first end 14 (Figure 3), a second end 16 (Figure 3), a mid-portion 18 (Figure 3) and an inner chamber 20 having a first inner end 20a (Figure 3) and a second inner end 20b (Figure 3) and extending along a longitudinal axis X (Figure 3) together with a first opening 22 in said first end 14 connected to said inner chamber 20, a second opening 24 in said second end 16, connected to said inner chamber 20 and a float 26 having a first end 26a and a second end 26b within the inner chamber 20 and being movable between a first position in which it obturates said first opening 22 and a second position in which it partially blocks the second opening 24.
