In some embodiments, fragments, whey, egg or the corresponding percentage more than exist in the reference protein of soy proteins and the like, a) of branched-chain amino acid residues to the total amino acid residues present in the protein nutrition, ratio, b) the proportion of a leucine residue to total amino acid residues present in the nutritional proteins, and c) at least one of a ratio of essential amino acid residues to the entire amino acid residues present in the nutritional proteins.
