PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dish containing medicinal materials is provided to emit far infrared rays and fragrance that are effective to promote a healthy metabolism of a dish user. CONSTITUTION: The medicinal materials for use in a dish are prepared by saccharification process, fermentation process using acetic acid or lactic acid, boiling to obtain extracts, stir frying, or pulverizing. The medicinal materials include enzymes for diet, far infrared ray emitting materials, and fragrant herbs. The enzymes for diet include all kinds of cereals, fruits and vegetables, medicinal herbs, aquatic plants, and minerals. In general, the medicinal materials are dried and pulverized and then are boiled with water for at least one to 6 hours to extract useful ingredients. These extracts are mixed with materials used for manufacturing the dish.
