PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper body garment capable of relieving muscle stiffness by only wearing the same and performing daily activities.SOLUTION: An upper body garment 100 is a garment for an upper body including a body part 101, pressing parts 102, and further, a hold line part 103. The pressing parts 102 are arranged on a backside of the body part 101, at regions between the respective left and right shoulder blades inner edges S3 and a backbone V when being worn. The hold line part 103 includes a first hold line part 103A running through portions on which the pressing parts 102 are arranged, and the first hold line part 103A includes two line parts bilaterally symmetrically arranged on the backside of the body part 101, and when being worn, each line part extends from a region around an upper corners S1 of the shoulder blades through a region between the shoulder blade inner edge and the backbone V to a region around a waistline of a body side part.
