PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person to further comfortably live and act by reducing a load applied to the lumbar due to weight of an upper half of a human body by a device assisting functions of the spine, blood, and muscle of the human body.SOLUTION: A structure for assisting the spine that is movable in a limited manner from the neck to the buttocks along the back face of the human body is worn around a chest part and a lumbar part with a belt so as to distribute the weight of the upper half body to the pelvis in a standing position and to a seating face and the back face in a sitting position, and to reduce the load on the waist joint. Further, an inner space of the structure is used as a transmission path of signals and power supply of a wearable device and an electric apparatus, and as an air conditioning duct. The structure worn on the human body facilitates mounting of a human body-worn apparatus to the human body. A wearable human body assisting device can cool/warm the human body by using a fan, a heat storage material, a heat source device and the like incorporated in the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】人体の脊椎、血管、筋肉の機能を補助する器具により人体の上半身の重量による腰への負担を低減し、且つ人間がより快適に生活、行動できるようにする。【解決手段】首から臀部まで人体の背面に沿って限定的に可動する脊椎を補助する構造体を胸部と腰部にベルトで装着することで上半身の重量を立位では骨盤に、座位では座面と背面に分散するとともに腰関節への負担を低減する。また構造体の内部空間をウェアラブルデバイスや電気機器の信号や電源の伝達路や空調用ダクトとして利用するとともに、人体に装着した構造体により人体装着型機器の人体への取付けを容易にし、構造体に内蔵したファン、蓄熱材、熱源装置などにより人体の冷却加熱を行える装着型の人体補助器具を提供する。【選択図】図1
