The present invention relates to a device for local and whole-body acupressure and spine correction. More specifically, the present invention comprises a first acupressure unit, a second acupressure unit, and a third acupressure unit. The first acupressure unit (100) includes: a plurality of first acupressure rollers (110) a first shaft (120) penetrating the first acupressure rollers (110) so that the first acupressure rollers (110) can be individually rotated and a first support part (130) fixed to the first shaft (120). The following are effects of the present invention. First, each of the acupressure units, including an acupressure ball or acupressure roller, can be separately adjusted for use on the affected area of a patient, and thus, local acupressure is possible, and the acupressure units are able to be combined for use in whole-body acupressure or spine correction. Second, since the present invention includes an acupressure ball or acupressure roller, which is able to press an acupuncture point between spine parts or other bones, the present invention is capable of performing acupressure without damage to a patient&primes spine, and enabling even beginners to easily press an acupuncture point. Third, when the acupressure units are combined, their lengths are able to be controlled and thus, the units can be used regardless of gender, age, and size. Fourth, since a patient lies down on each of the acupressure units or the combined acupressure units, an acupressure effect is generated, and thus, acupressure treatment can be performed without special knowledge, and the patient is able to perform acupressure treatment and spine correction without an operator.
