The present invention relates to a composition for emulsifying tocopherol by using micellar emulsion technology and, more specifically, to a micellar emulsion tocopherol composition and a manufacturing method thereof to prevent oxidation by enclosing natural tocopherol in micelles, to increase an absorption speed by increasing storage stability and dispersibility, and to be easily added to food, cosmetics, feed, and the like. The micellar emulsion tocopherol composition manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention enables long term storage and easy handling by ensuring oxidation stability during storage which is a problem of an antioxidant by enclosing natural tocopherol in micro-micelles. The present invention has increased dispersibility such that there is no need to have food additives added to food for antioxidant purposes, is easily mixed with other components, and is well dispersed than in the body during digestion to increase an absorption speed, thereby being very useful in food, cosmetics, and feed industries.
