PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert an absorbent pad into the interior of a longitudinal leakage prevention sheet.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper includes: an interior body 10 including an absorber, which is fixed to the inner surface of an exterior sheet and a surface sheet coming into contact with the skin. At the end of a back body, at the side of a crotch lower side of a longitudinal leakage prevention sheet, at both sides in the width direction of a product, an elastically flexible member 16 is fixed in its stretched state to a gathering sheet along the longitudinal direction. A three-dimensional gathering is provided so that an inside part is erected in the working state by the elastically flexible member, and the three-dimensional gathering and the longitudinal leakage prevention sheet intersect each other.
