The present invention provides a suitable route to synthesize linear atosiban through a solid-phase method and obtain atosiban through liquid-phase oxidation. The method solves the problem that linear atosiban is difficult to dissolve, reduces the reaction volume and shortens the reaction time as far as possible. La présente invention concerne une voie appropriée pour synthétiser un atosiban linéaire par un procédé en phase solide et obtenir un atosiban par oxydation en phase liquide. Le procédé résout le problème que l'atosiban linéaire est difficile à dissoudre, réduit le volume réactionnel et raccourcit le temps de réaction autant que possible.
