The invention relates to a disposable pant-type absorbent article (1), such as a pant diaper, a sanitary pant or incontinence pant being adapted for a male user, and a method for manufacturing such a disposable pant-type absorbent article (1). The first at least partly elastic region (11) is distinct from the second at least partly elastic region (12) in terms of at least one structural elastic feature.
