A method for preparing water-soluble and superparamagnetic cluster nanoparticles is disclosed. The method includes following steps. Superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles and vitamin E TPGS are added to an organic solvent and mixed at 10℃-35℃. Distilled water or a water solution is then added and the mixture is sonicated to produce an emulsion.
