PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in a budding rate and seedling establishment rate due to burying of a seed and seedling falling due to planting failure by obtaining an effective chemical effect while reducing a chemical feeding amount.SOLUTION: The paddy field work machine includes a main work device, a fertilization device, and a chemical feed device for seeding or seedling planting, the devices operated in forward travel for working. The main work device includes plural main feed parts 26 feeding a seed or seedling to a field and aligned and disposed in a right/left direction at a fixed interval. The fertilization device includes plural fertilizer feed parts 31 feeding a fertilizer to the field and disposed and spaced apart from the corresponding main feed parts 26 at a predetermined interval in a machine body lateral width direction.
