PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine that can spray chemicals properly.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanting machine includes: a seedling planting unit 50 loaded on the rear of a traveling vehicle body 2 and planting seedlings and a chemical spraying device 80 including a chemical hopper 90 for storing chemicals, and a chemical supply device 91 for supplying the chemicals by a pre-set value to the seedlings loaded on the seedling planting unit 50. The chemical supply device 91 sprays the chemicals from the rear side of a machine body toward the front side of the machine body, and in the horizontal direction of the machine body.
