PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition comprising mini-capsules that have release profiles to release an active immunosuppressant at one or more sites of the gastro-intestinal tract for treatment of graft-versus-host disease.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an oral composition in which an immunosuppressive agent that is cyclosporine A, tacrolimus or sirolimus, or a combination thereof is encapsulated together with a gelling agent such as gelatin.
