PURPOSE: A solidification prevented sweetener material composition, and a producing method thereof are provided to control the excessive adsorption of sugar into the human body. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a solidification prevented sweetener material composition comprises a step of mixing 95-99.9wt% of sweetening material and 0.1-5wt% of edible fibers to coat particles of the sweetening material with the edible fiber. The sweetening material is obtained by mixing sugar and xylose in a weight ratio of 1:0.05-0.5.
