PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indwelling needle assembly capable of preventing plastic deformation of a sealing member when an inner needle is pulled out from an outer needle and an outer needle hub.SOLUTION: An indwelling needle assembly 1 includes an inner needle 11 having a sharp needle tip 11a at a distal end, and the inner needle 11 is inserted into an outer needle 13 provided with an outer needle hub 14 at a proximal end. An inner hole of the outer needle hub 14 has a protector 4 and a hemostatic rubber 3. The hemostatic rubber 3 is located at a distal end side with respect to the protector 4 and seals the inner hole. The inner needle 11 penetrates through the hemostatic rubber 3, and the hemostatic rubber 3 elastically restores and closes a trough-hole through which the inner needle 11 penetrates. When the inner needle 11 is moved in the direction of being pulled out from the outer needle hub 14, the protector 4 covers the distal end of the inner needle 11 to protect it. The protector 4 is formed with an inner needle through-hole, and the inner needle through-hole is so formed that, when the inner needle 11 is pulled out from the hemostatic rubber 3, the inner needle 11 is not largely deviated from the direction where its shaft extends.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】内針を外針及び外針ハブから引き抜く際に封止部材が塑性変形することを防ぐことができる留置針組立体を提供する。【解決手段】留置針組立体1は、先端部に鋭利な針先11aを有する内針11を備え、内針11は、基端部には外針ハブ14が設けられている外針13内に挿通されている。外針ハブ14の内孔には、プロテクタ4及び止血ゴム3が設けられている。止血ゴム3は、プロテクタ4より先端側に位置して内孔を封止している。内針11は、止血ゴム3を貫通し、止血ゴム3は、内針11が貫通する貫通孔を弾性復帰して塞ぐ。プロテクタ4は、外針ハブ14から引き抜く方向に内針11を動かすと内針11の先端部を覆って保護する。また、プロテクト4には、内針挿通孔が形成され、内針挿通孔は、内針11を止血ゴム3から引き抜く際に内針11がその軸が延在する方向から大きくずれないように形成されている。【選択図】図2
