PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic device for stabilizing a balloon by controlling the expanding direction of the balloon and adjusting to bodies different in shape and size.
SOLUTION: The hemostatic device 10 includes: a flexible flat belt body 11 to be fixed while wound around a hemostatic part a flat plate 12 fixed onto the inner surface of the flat belt body 11 and the balloon 13 fixed onto the inner surface 26 of the flat plate 12. The flat plate 12 has a first length L1 along a first direction, which is longer than a second length L2 of the balloon 13, includes hinges 21, 22 to be extended in a direction crossing the first direction, and is bendable in the first direction by the hinges 21, 22.
