PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly feed a fluid from an addition line to an infusion line.SOLUTION: The connecting implement has a transfusion part 1 which is disposed in an infusion tube 5 and a connector 2 which is disposed in an addition tube 6 and which is connected to the transfusion part 1. The transfusion part 1 has a transfusion opening and a sealing means for closing the transfusion opening. The connector 2 has a needle hub 19, a needle tube 20 disposed in the needle hub 19 to be inserted into the sealing means, and a needle protection hood 21 which is externally fitted to the needle hub 19 rotatably and which is externally fitted to the transfusion part 1. The needle protection hood 21 has an engagement projection 32 on the inner peripheral face, and the transfusion part 1 has an engagement groove with a shaft-center groove part and a circumferential groove part on the outer peripheral surface to be engaged with the engagement projection 32.
