PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food poisoning causing bacteria selective antibacterial agent derived from bamboo, having food poisoning causing bacteria selectivity and low in percentage content of benzopyrenes having toxicity or carcinogenicity and a molded body containing the food poisoning causing bacteria selective antibacterial agent.SOLUTION: A food poisoning causing bacteria selective antibacterial agent contains formic acid of 40 mg/L or more, acetic acid of 1000 mg/L or more, one or both of succinic acid and malic acid of 500 mg/L or more, a furfural compound of 100 mg/L or more and has content of benzopyrenes of 0.7 ppb or less. A food poisoning causing bacteria selective antibacterial agent molded body is obtained by blending 30 to 300 pts.mass of the food poisoning causing bacteria selective antibacterial agent with 100 pts.mass of coal.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】食中毒原因菌選択性を有し、また、毒性や発がん性を有するベンゾピレン類の含有率が低い、竹由来の食中毒原因菌選択性抗菌剤およびこの食中毒原因菌選択性抗菌剤を含有する成形体を提供する。【解決手段】食中毒原因菌選択性抗菌剤は、ギ酸を４０ｍｇ／Ｌ以上、酢酸を１０００ｍｇ／Ｌ以上、コハク酸およびリンゴ酸のいずれか一方または双方を５００ｍｇ／Ｌ以上、フルフラール化合物を１００ｍｇ／Ｌ以上を含有し、ベンゾピレン類の含有量が０．７ｐｐｂ以下である。食中毒原因菌選択性抗菌剤含有成形体は、炭１００質量部に対して、食中毒原因菌選択性抗菌剤３０～３００質量部を配合して得る。【選択図】なし
