PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent in which a carbonic acid component is used as a cleaning agent to avoid the use of any surfactant when washing skin or hair, the cleaning agent being gelled so as to be easily used and having moisture retention to prevent the detergency of the carbonic acid component from affecting he skin.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a carbonate cleansing gel, which is gelled using corn-derived starch as a surfactant-free carbonic acid component. In order to enhance its moisture retention, a rice-fermented extract and mannan (derived from konjak) are added. In order to enhance its safety, any synthetic preservative is not used. In order to prevent spoilage of products, antibacterial/antioxidant properties are given using medicinal herbs.【課題】肌や髪を洗浄するとき、界面活性剤を使用せずに炭酸成分を洗浄剤として使用し、使いやすいようにジェル状にして、さらに炭酸成分の洗浄力が肌に負担をかけないように保湿性を持たせた洗浄剤を提供する。【解決手段】界面活性剤を含まない炭酸成分をトウモロコシ由来のでんぷんを使ってジェル状にする。保湿性を高める為にコメ醗酵エキスやマンナン（こんにゃく由来）を配合する。安全性を高める為に合成保存料を使用せず、薬草を使って抗菌・抗酸化作用を与え製品の腐敗を防ぐ。
