This invention discloses a method for stabilizing bioactivity of a growth factor, including mixing collagen with a growth factor and freeze drying the mixture to remove water. After this treatment, the bioactivity of the growth factor at room temperature remains stable for at least 7 days.本發明提供一種穩定生長因子活性的製備方法，包含將一膠原蛋白加入於一天然生長因子中，再經由一乾燥步驟，取得一長效性的生長因子組合物。該長效性的生長因子組合物於室溫下其生物活性可以維持至少七天。
