PURPOSE: An adhesive hydrogel composition and a method for manufacturing an adhesive hydrogel sheet using the same are provided to obtain the adhesive hydrogel sheet with excellent adhesion without a separate maturing step. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive hydrogel composition contains 0.1-10 wt% of a gelling polymer, 0.1-15 wt% of a skin active ingredient, 5-35 wt% of a polyvalent alcohol, 0.5-10 wt% of a hydrophilic polymer, 0.01-5 wt% of a crosslinking agent, 0.01-5 wt% of a gelling speed adjusting agent, and 45-80 wt% of a solvent. The gelling polymer is selected from the group consisting of galactomannan, glucomannan, guar gum, locust bean, pluronic agar, agar, algin, carrageenan, xanthan, and gellan. A method for manufacturing an adhesive hydrogel sheet comprises: a step of mixing the gelling polymer, the skin active ingredient, and the solvent at 60-80 deg.C； a step of adding the hydrophilic polymer, the polyvalent alcohol, the gelling speed adjusting agent, and the crosslinking agent and preparing gel； and a step of coating a support with the gel.본 발명은 점착성 하이드로겔 조성물 및 이를 이용한 점착성 하이드로겔 시트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 겔화고분자, 피부유효성분, 다가알콜, 친수성 고분자, 가교제, 겔화속도 조절제 및 용제를 포함하는 점착성 하이드로겔 조성물, 및 겔화고분자, 피부유효성분, 및 용제를 60 내지 80℃의 온도에서 혼합하는 단계； 친수성 고분자, 다가알콜, 겔화속도 조절제 및 가교제를 첨가하여 겔을 제조하는 단계； 및 상기 겔을 지지체에 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 점착성 하이드로겔 시트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 친수성 고분자를 포함하는 피부 첩부제의 경우 충분한 가교를 위해 가온 조건에서 숙성시키는 단계가 필요하나, 겔화 고분자와 함께 친수성 고분자를 포함하는 본 발명의 점착성 하이드로겔 조성물은 별도의 숙성 단계 없이도 안정한 점착성 하이드로겔 시트를 제조할 수 있다.
