A baked confectionery and a method for making the same are provided. The baked confectionery is a fat confectionery with crispy texture until its very center without taste of burning. This is achieved by including the suger selected from isomaltulose, mannitol and reduced palatinose into the dough of the fat confectionery and baking the dough to make the baked confectionery.本發明之目的在於提供一種烘焙糕點及其製造方法,該烘焙糕點係至中心部為止均為酥脆的食感,且不令人有燒焦感的油脂性糕點,本發明之目的係藉由下述方式達成:使油脂性糕點麵糰中,含有選自異麥芽酮糖、甘露糖醇、還原巴拉金糖之糖質而進行調製,並將其進行烘焙,以製造烘焙糕點。
