PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a stable dialysis treatment capable of improving a life prognosis without causing a headache, a lower extremity cramp, a sick feeling, etc. by suppressing sudden low blood pressure and variations in blood pressure, and capable of performing sufficient water removal and discharge of uremic toxin with a small amount of burden on a patient.SOLUTION: A hemodialysis method includes: a step for selecting a water removal pattern according to an individual difference； a step for collecting blood information while performing water removal according to the water removal pattern； a step for calculating an intravascular immersion body fluid volume from the blood information； and a water removal speed increasing step for decreasing a water removal speed when the intravascular immersion body fluid volume is reduced beyond a predetermined ratio, and for increasing the water removal speed when the intravascular immersion body fluid volume increases beyond a predetermined ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】突然の低血圧や、血圧の変動を抑えて頭痛、下肢のつり、気分不良がなく、生命予後の改善が可能となるなど安定した透析治療が行って、患者の負担が少ない十分な除水、尿毒素の排出ができる透析治療を行う。【解決手段】個体差に応じた除水パターンの選択を行うステップと、前記除水パターンに応じた除水を行いながら、血液情報を収集するステップ、前記血液情報から血管内浸漬体液量を算出するステップと、前記血管内浸漬体液量が所定の割合を超えて減少した場合は、除水速度を低下させ、前記血管内浸漬体液量が所定の割合を超えて増加した場合は、除水速度を増加させる除水速度増加ステップよりなる。【選択図】図１
