PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical chair device exerting small load in standing/seating motions.SOLUTION: A medical chair device includes: a seating body 4； a side plate 9 adjacent to the seating body 4； a lower leg receiving part 6 capable of being inclined with respect to the seating body 4； and a backrest 5 arranged on a rear side of the seating body 4. The lower leg receiving part 6 is capable of being inclined between a leg up position P2 where the lower leg receiving part 6 extends from the seating body 4 to a front side and a storage position P1 where the lower leg receiving part is inclined so that a lower leg receiving face 6c is inclined from a front side toward a rear side as the lower leg receiving part 6 is from its base end part to a tip part and the lower leg receiving part 6 is stored on an inner side of an outline of the side plate 9 in a side face view.
