Obtaining vegetable oils from oil containing plant products e.g. poppy, linseed, rape seed and other plant products/oilseeds, comprises feeding the plant products/oilseeds to be pressed in a bulk container (5), which is sealed after the feeding process, creating a vacuum in the interior of the bulk container and carrying out a multiple fumigation with nitrogen, supplying plant products/oilseeds, pressing operation, filtering operation, filling process into a container or a tank (1), and bottling the obtained oxidation-sensitive oils in a barrel (17) in a closed system.
