This invention relates to a method of producing a decellularised tissue scaffold which comprising treating a sample of tissue with an osmotic reagent and a detergent whilst subjecting the tissue sample to oscillation with a displacement of 1 mm or more and a frequency of 3 Hz or more during these treatment steps. This method may be useful in producing acellular scaffolds that maintain the 3-D architecture and extracellular matrix composition and morphology of the native tissue.La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un échafaudage tissulaire décellularisé consistant à traiter un échantillon de tissu avec un réactif osmotique et un détergent, tout en soumettant ledit l'échantillon de tissu à une oscillation présentant un déplacement supérieur ou égal à 1 mm et une fréquence supérieure ou égale à 3 Hz pendant ces étapes de traitement. Ce procédé peut être utile dans la production d'échafaudages acellulaires qui préservent l'architecture 3D ainsi que la composition de la matrice extracellulaire et la morphologie du tissu natif.
