An ophthalmic surgical tip (60) which will be attached to an ophthalmic surgical handpiece (10) including an ultrasonic transducer (3) is configured to fracture a lens nucleus by utilizing torsional vibration from the ultrasonic transducer, the tip including a small tube internally formed with an aspiration passage (66), and the tip being arranged to aspirate and remove fractured tissues through the aspiration passage. The tip includes a hollow shaft (65) in which the small tube is formed, and a head part (61) formed on a leading end side of the shaft, the head part including: a leading end portion (62) formed in a rounded shape at a leading end of the head part a fracturing portion (63) formed behind the leading end portion and having a protrusion to fracture a lens nucleus by torsional vibration and an aspiration port (64) connected to the small tube.
