PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens power determination apparatus and a program, capable of determining accurate IOL power.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens power determination apparatus comprises: an anterior eye part imaging device for detecting reflection from an anterior part of a subjects eye to acquire an anterior eye part cross-sectional image and a power calculation unit that determines, on the basis of the anterior eye part cross-sectional image acquired by the anterior eye part imaging device, an off-set distance X from an anterior surface of a lens to a contact point between a Zinns zonule and the lens, calculates an effective lens position ELP by adding the off-set distance to an anterior chamber depth of the eye, and performs power calculation on an intraocular lens IOL by using the effective lens position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
