PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser handpiece having excellent incision capability for a treatment region by a laser beam, good visibility for an area of the treatment region, and excellent operability.SOLUTION: A laser handpiece 1 includes: a cylindrical grip part 2 in which a laser beam fiber 11 for guiding a laser beam, a guide light fiber 12 for guiding guide light constituted of visible light and a first illuminating light fiber bundle 13 for guiding illuminating light formed of visible light are inserted to be connected and a cylindrical handpiece body 31 coaxially disposed by bearing coupling to the grip part, removably coupled, containing a condenser lens 52 for condensing guide light and a laser beam of the coaxial optical path at a focal position, and including a head part 34 provided with a light irradiation port 36 at a tip part for irradiating the laser beam and the guide light passed through the condenser lens 52 to a treatment region occupying the focal position. An illuminating light irradiation port 58 for irradiating the illuminating light to an area including the focal position of the condenser lens 52 is provided in the vicinity of the light irradiation port 36 of the head part 34 in the handpiece body 31.
