PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier excelling in biocompatibility, fractionating property and impact resistance.SOLUTION: The sterilized blood purifier includes a container having a lead-in port and a lead-out port of blood a hollow fiber membrane bundle made of polysulfonic polymer that contains a hydrophilic polymer, and charged in the container and a preservation solution that fills the inside of the container. The mass ratio of the hydrophilic polymer to the polysulfonic polymer is 0.20 or more and 0.24 or less, and the membrane thickness of the hollow fiber membrane is 25 μm or more and 39 μm or less. The hollow fiber membranes are formed at the discharge speed of spinning dope being 20 m/min or more and 40 m/min or less.
