PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife drying sterilizer capable of finishing a washing treatment of many kitchen knives in a short time, by automatizing a part of the washing treatment of a kitchen knife which requires labor and time.SOLUTION: In a kitchen knife drying sterilizer 101, when washed kitchen knives 205a, 205b are stored, a lid 103 is closed, and a push button switch 105 is pushed, a high-temperature hot wind is injected from a rotary cylinder 109 for a prescribed time, to perform a drying treatment.
