PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling coating composition capable of forming a coated film excellent in crack resistance and exfoliation resistance in the dry condition.SOLUTION: The antifouling coating composition contains a film-forming copolymer having 20 to 65 wt.% of a component unit derived from a trialkylsilyl ester of a polymerizable unsaturated carboxylic acid and a number-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 50,000, and a zinc oxide, wherein the zinc oxide is contained in 1 to 1,000 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the film-forming copolymer. A coated film is formed from the antifouling coating composition. An antifouling method uses the antifouling coating composition. A hull or underwater structure is coated with the coated film.【課題】乾燥条件下での耐クラック性、耐剥離性に優れた塗膜を形成可能な防汚塗料組成物の提供。【解決手段】重合性不飽和カルボン酸のトリアルキルシリルエステルから誘導される成分単位を20~65重量%の量で有し数平均分子量が1000~50000の被膜形成性共重合体と、酸化亜鉛とを含んでなり、酸化亜鉛が該被膜形成性共重合体100重量部に対して1~1000重量部の量で含有されていることを特徴とする防汚塗料組成物、およびこの防汚塗料組成物から形成されている塗膜および該防汚塗料組成物を用いた防汚方法並びに該塗膜で被覆された船体または水中構造物。【選択図】なし
