PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of clearly displaying a blood vessel on a two-dimensional image with a small number of operations, and a prediction plot method.SOLUTION: When a plurality of points on a two-dimensional image generated on the basis of a three-dimensional image are designated by a mouse click, or the like, an image processor 100 makes the designated plurality of points to be already-acquired points, and predicts a guiding direction and position of the next point on the basis of position information on the already-acquired points and a prescribed guiding condition (pixel value condition). The position of the next point is repeatedly predicted until the guiding condition is not established, including predicted points in the already-acquired points.
