A method for manufacturing a population of nanolipid particle set [NLP], comprising the steps of: (a) providing a single phase precursor solution, said single phase precursor solution being formed by: solubilization of an amphipathic material comprising phospholipids in a first amount of non-aqueous solvent; adding an amount of water to form a cloudy suspension; and adding a second amount of non-aqueous solvent until the cloudy suspension is monophasic and has optical clarity at room temperature; (b) mixing a passenger molecule selected from the group consisting of lipophilic and amphipathic passenger molecules with said single phase precursor solution to form a population of charged vehicles; (c) diluting said population of vehicles loaded with one or more aliquots of non-aqueous solvent to form a population of particles loaded with NLP; (i) said non-aqueous solvent is added sequentially to the precursor solution after the addition of a passing molecule, (ii) said population of charged vehicles is combined with said non-aqueous solvent in a proportion ranging from about 1 part of the population of charged vehicle to 20 parts of non-aqueous solvent, at a proportion of 1 part of the population of charged vehicle to 0.3 parts of non-aqueous solvent, (iii) where said dilution of said population of loaded vehicle forms a population of particles loaded with NLP having nanolipid particles (NLP) of 1 nm to 20 nm in size, said sizes being determined by laser light scattering at room temperature and decreasing said size of the NLP as said concentration of non-aqueous solvent increases, and (d) mixing an aliquot of said charged NLP population with an aqueous solvent to form a set NLP population that has a n average particle diameter from 20 to 200 nm.Un método para fabricar una población de conjunto de partículas nanolipídicas [PNL], que comprende las etapas de: (a) proporcionar una solución precursora monofásica, formándose dicha solución precursora monofásica mediante: solu
