PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for improving the possibility of a decrease in a fluid temperature while preparing a beverage in a beverage machine using a capsule having an enclosure including tea leaves.SOLUTION: The process includes: a) a process for introducing water into a capsule and submerging tea leaves in a capsule enclosure； b) a process for immersing the tea leaves； and c) a process for introducing the water into a capsule until the required amount of beverage is discharged. The water is continuously introduced into the capsule from the beginning of the process a) to the end of the process b).【課題】茶葉を含む封入物を有するカプセルを用いて飲料装置内で飲料を調製する時の流体温度が低下する可能性を改善したプロセスを提供する。【解決手段】このプロセスは、ａ）カプセル内に水を導入してカプセル封入物内の茶葉を浸水させる工程と、次いで、ｂ）茶葉を浸漬させる工程と、次いで、ｃ）所要量の飲料が吐出されるまでカプセル内に水を導入する工程とを備え、水が工程ａ）の最初から工程ｂ）の最後までカプセル内に連続的に導入される。【選択図】図１
